These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.kertale.com ("Site") operated by Kertale Limited, a company registered in Kenya with postal address P.O Box 30846, G.P.O, Nairobi, Kenya.

Any professional services provided by Kertale Limited (quantity surveying, architectural design, project management, contracting) are governed by a separate written engagement letter or contract agreed with each client. These Terms do not constitute, and should not be construed as, a contract for professional services.
Our professional services are subject to the standards and rules of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK) and the National Construction Authority (NCA).
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, design layouts and code — is the intellectual property of Kertale Limited or its licensors and is protected by Kenyan copyright law and the Copyright Act (Cap. 130).
You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
The Kertale Limited name, logo and mark are trademarks of Kertale Limited. Nothing on this Site grants any licence to use our trademarks.
